ASKOP ?

ASKOP ? La Konsulta Asembleo ĉe la Kongreso de la Popoloj (ASKOP) estis kreita dum plena kunveno de Kongreso de la Popoloj en oktobro 2003, kaj starigita en aprilo 2004 per la adopto de ĝia reglamento. ASKOP konsistas el organizaĵoj kaj individuoj, kiuj konsentas kun la nomita " Mulhuza " ĉarto. La asocio " Internacia Urĝa Agado " estis fondita en 1977 de grupo konsistanta el la taĉmentoj " Urĝeco " de Internacia Civila Servo, el Pacista Unuiĝo de Francio, kaj el mondcivitana komisiono. Tiu asocio intervenas laŭ tri ĉefaj aksoj : preventado de la naturaj katastrofoj, urĝaj intervenoj (averaĝe tri intervenoj ĉiun jaron : tertremoj, inundoj), la rekonstruado kaj la rearanĝado. Ĝi fincelas la kreadon de vera monda organizaĵo de helpo en kadro de monda demokratio. Internacia Urĝa Agado ĵus aliĝis al ASKOP. Oficiala ASKOP-arkivejo por la jaro 2005

ASCOP ? L'Assemblée Consultative auprès du Congrès des Peuples (ASCOP) a été créée lors de la réunion plénière du Congrès des Peuples en octobre 2003, et mise en place en avril 2004 par l'adoption de son Règlement. L'ASCOP est composée d'organisations et d'individus qui sont en accord avec la Charte dite de Mulhouse. L'association " Action d'Urgence Internationale " a été créée en 1977 par un groupe composé des équipes " Urgence " du Service Civil International, de l'Union des Pacifistes de France, et une commission des Citoyens du Monde. Cette association intervient sur trois axes principaux : la prévention des catastrophes naturelles, l'intervention d'urgence (en moyenne trois interventions chaque année : tremblements de terre, inondations), la reconstruction et la réhabilitation. Son but ultime est de provoquer la création d'une véritable organisation mondiale de secours dans un cadre de démocratie mondiale. Action d'Urgence Internationale vient d'adhérer à l'ASCOP. ASCOP ? The Peoples Congress Consultative Assembly (ASCOP) was created at a plenary session of the Peoples Congress in November 2003 and ratified when where published in 2004 its by-laws. The ASCOP includes organisations and individuals who have accepted the so called Mulhouse Charter. The Association "International Emergency Action" was created in 1977 by a group including a team called "Emergency" from the International Civil Service, by the " French Union of peacemakers" and a committee of world Citizens. This association acts in 3 basic situations: Prevention and management of natural disasters ; Around 3 interventions every year for earthquakes, floods ; and reconstruction/ rehabilitation.
